V-belts

V-belts are still the most widely used industrial power belt. They offer dependable service with minimum maintenance and are suitable for a wide range of medium to heavy duty, industrial drive applications.

Raw edge cogged V-belts provide the ability to use smaller pulley diameters and so save on design costs.

Hexagonal V-Belts

Double sided V-belts are available wrapped, and are intended for use on serpentine drives where the belt has a reverse bend around one or more pulleys and is required to drive on both sides of the belt. These belts incorporate high-strength polyester cords for low elongation and high tensile strength.

Wedge Belts

High capacity wedge belts offer possibilities for more compact drive designs. Incorporating high-strength polyester cords for low-elongation and high tensile strength, they are heat and oil resistant and anti-static.

Raw edge cogged wedge belts provide flexibility to enable the use of smaller pulley diameters and so save costs on drive design.

Banded V-Belts

Banded V-belts, and banded wedge belts, are multiple belts that joined together by a high quality neoprene fabric to form a single drive belt unit. They specifically used in situations where shock loading and vibration occurs. They also used on long centre distances, vertically mounted shafts and reverse drive applications.

Variable Speed Belts

Variable speed belts are used on industrial and agricultural machinery with infinitely variable drive ratios. They are specially constructed for flexibility and low heat build up, resulting in high power transmission and longer belt life.                                                                     

Timing Belts

Today's synchronous systems require more horse power, higher torque, lower speeds and a smoother, quieter operation. To meet this demand, Dunlop timing belts belts offer the best possible technology for synchronous drives, allowing them to operate in torque ranges that were only possible with gear or chain components.

Dunlop timing belts have excellent mechanical efficiency and are resistant to high and intermittent overloads, together with low fitting tensions.

Ribbed Belts

Dunlop ribbed belts are ideally suited for high speed, high drive ratio applications that conventional v-belts are not suited for. They a offer a smooth, vibration free performance, in a single, compact drive belt, which is resistant to heat and abrasion so resulting in a longer life.

Our pulleys are manufactured to the highest standard, made from high quality steel or cast iron, and machined to tight dimensional tolerances.Our pulleys are available in both pilot and taper bore.

Taper Bushes

Taper bore pulleys can be used with Medway taper bushes and are the most convenient, and cost effective way of fixing a pulley to a mating shaft. The need for machining is eliminated, as the bore and key-way sizes are pre-machined in either metric or imperial sizes.
